Project Management

Radharc have a number of senior IT staff available to manage particular projects or particular rollouts on behalf of the client. These managers will liase with both the clients IT staff and any equipment supplier to ensure that the project or rollout is carried out in a professional manner.

Radharc will take responsibility for ensuring that the project is completed on schedule and that everything is tested and working to specification. The entire project will be fully documented for the client. If the project is large and requires a tendering process, Radharc can prepare the tender and help the client evaluate the responses.
